Song Bum SHIN is Minister of the Permanent Delegation of Korea to the OECD since 2018. He is currently in charge of social economic issues including culture, education, public diplomacy, and UN SDGs. He has served as a commercial diplomat in the Korean Government for more than 25 years, participating in numerous FTA negotiations of service trade, and various cooperation activities with multilateral organisations including the OECD and the APEC.
