Paola Sillitti works at the OECD, in the Health Division. Her work covers the topics of end-of-life care, long-term care, mental health and cancer care. Her work on long-term-care incudes projects on the long-term care workforce, the impact of COVID-19 on the long-term care sector, and the burden of dementia. She has also worked on a project to advise the Lithuanian Ministry of Health in reforming long-term care services. Paola Sillitti has BSc in Economics and a MSc in Economics and Management from Bocconi University. She has also studied Economics at HEC Lausanne and International Affairs at Sciences Po Paris.
