Denis Machuel became Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo in January 2018. His vision is aligned with that of Sodexo’s founder, Pierre Bellon; growth, intrapreneurship and humanity remain the core principles that guide our company’s future and unite our employees. Denis joined the company in 2007. He was appointed CEO of Sodexo Benefits & Rewards worldwide in 2012. His scope was broadened to include a new cross-functional role, he became Sodexo’s first Chief Digital Officer in 2015. Bertrand Swiderski has served as Carrefour’s Global Sustainability Director since 2013. Benjamin (Ben) Davies is the Global Lead for the Johnson & Johnson Center for Health Worker Innovation (CHWI) and Global Community Impact Lead for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). Within the latter role, Ben also has leadership oversight of the Johnson & Johnson Foundation for the EMEA region. Ben is a seasoned private sector partnership and global health professional with 20 years’ experience spanning a career working for renowned international organisations across the private, public and non-profit sectors. Ben has built a career co-creating, designing, facilitating, managing and implementing partnerships with some of the world’s largest (and smallest) NGO’s, foundations, companies and (inter-) governmental actors in creating platforms for collective impact. A great believer in seeking innovative solutions in driving systemic and sustainable change, Ben is currently devoted to the movement of helping transform community health, one step at a time.

Benjamin is the Executive Director at WINGS. He has previously led international programmes in fields such as civil societies’ strengthening, sustainable development and post-disaster reconstruction. Pascal Saint-Amans took on his duties as Director of the Center for Tax Policy and Administration at the OECD on 1 February 2012. Mr. Saint-Amans, a French national, joined the OECD in September 2007 as Head of the International Co-operation and Tax Competition Division in the CTPA. He played a key role in the advancement of the OECD tax transparency agenda in the context of the G20. In October 2009 he was appointed Head of the Global Forum Division, created to service the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes, a programme with the participation of over 100 countries. Mr. Saint-Amans graduated from the National School of Administration (ENA) in 1996, and was an official in the French Ministry for Finance for nearly a decade. He held various positions within the Treasury, including heading the supervision of the EU work on direct taxes and overseeing legislation and policy on wealth tax and mergers and spin offs. He was also the head of tax treaty negotiations and mutual agreement procedures. In this capacity, he participated in the OECD Working Party No. 1 of the Committee on Fiscal Affairs as the delegate for France before being elected Chair of WP1 in 2005. He was also a member of the UN Group of Experts on International Co-operation in Tax Matters, becoming a “rapporteur” in 2006. Before leaving government service, he was Deputy Director in charge of litigation at the Direction Générale des Impôts. Mr. Saint-Amans also served as Financial Director of the Energy Regulation Committee between 1999 and 2002 and was responsible for the introduction of new electricity tariffs. Having earned a degree in history, Mr. Saint-Amans also received a degree from the Institut d’études politiques of Paris.

I am a specialist in applied economics in the areas of budgeting, evaluations, social policy and labour market issues in over 30 developed and developing countries with over 30 years’ experience in LAC and North America, Africa, CEE, CIS, Middle East, Far East and EU countries. I have been economic adviser for the UN on three occasions concentrating on women´s economic and social rights. Since the end of 2002, as founding partner of Almenara Estudios Económicos y Sociales, S.L., I was senior researcher for various reports for the European Parliament and European Commission; and also an international consultant for various UN agencies. I have been Expert for Spain (2003-2008) in the 'Group of non-governmental experts in the fight against poverty and social exclusion' for the European Commission; EU senior gender expert (2009-2011) in the Network of Socio Economic experts in the Discrimination Field; Member of the Scientific Board of External Evaluators of the GENISLAB project (2012-2015), a project on gender budgeting applied in public universities; Expert for Spain in the European Social Fund evaluation network (2011-2012); Skillsnet expert (expert on labour market statistics and analysis of skills and occupations, CEDEFOP (2008-2010).Since 2015 I have returned to consulting for UN Agencies and for the European Institute for Gender Equality. I have also taken courses on business and human rights and on data science. My main interests are in gender equality, future of work, applied data science and researching the damage of multi level marketing firms to consumers, in particular women.

Till January 2015, I have worked as a Social Worker at the National Health Operations Center, Greek Ministry of Health. In 2014 I have accomplished my MSc studies in Health Economics & Management. At the moment I'm enrolling my PhD on Thermal, Wellness Tourism and Rehabilitation aspiring to elaborate on the barriers and perspectives regarding the relevant industry in Fthiotida Regional Unity. 

Prior to that I have worked as a Social Worker at the European Cultural & Research Center of Athens in collaboration with Municipalities of Zografos and Kessariani, while in the past I have worked either as a Social Worker, or as an Administrative officer in several private Healthcare Units/Long term care units, such as Polyclinic Group, etc.

As of 2012 and according to a Ministerial mandate I was appointed as a Board Member of Interconnected General Hospitals of Lamia - Amfissa - Karpenisi, keeping this position for approximately one and a half year.

As of October 2016 till November 2019 I have been appointed by the Minister of Labor, Social Insurance & Social Solidarity as the Head of the Board of Directors at the Social Welfare Center of the Region of Central Greece (Public Law Legal Entity - Governmental Organisation) which is the main regional-level social care provision services cluster, trying to contribute to the implementation of the Greek Government's strategic plan on social care, foster care, "DI", family care and people with special needs protection.

In parrallel, between the the same period I have been an Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of the first National Adoption & Foster-care Council in accordance to the relevant Ministerial Desicion.

I have also been an elected Member of the BoD at the Hellenic Healthcare Services Association, carrying duties of the Chief Communications Officer, as of 2017 I am a Member of the European Commission’s SCHEER Committee on Rapid Risk Assessment of Healthcare and Environmental Risks, participating in annual in person one-day/two-day external experts' meetings with focus on public health risks assessment, while as of November 2021 till June 2022 one of the 60 delegates of the European Health Parliament's 7th Edition working as a Member of the Sustainable Health Systems Commitee.

Finally, my current professional capacity is linked to the Hellenic Parliament's function, as I'm an MP's Scientific Associate, providing assistance regarding daily institutional obligations, parliamentary control and cognate activities.

As Director of the Development Co-operation Directorate (DCD), Mr. Moreira da Silva plays a key role in positioning the OECD’s work on development co-operation at the leading edge. Wonki Min received his BA in History from Yonsei University, an MA in Public Administration from Seoul National University, an MBA from the University of Washington, and Honorary Doctor in Business Administration from Busan University of Foreign Studies. Min was the Assistant Minister at the Korean Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP) from 2015 to 2017 and then served as the Vice Minister of MSIT from August 26, 2018 till December 20, 2019. He was also the first Spokesperson of MSIP when the Ministry was established in 2013. He also served on the faculty of SUNY Korea as a leading professor in the Department of Technology & Society from 2017-2018. Internationally, he was serving as chair of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Council (2015) and the OECD Committee on Digital Economy Policy (2017-2019). Min has been recognised throughout his career for his exemplary leadership and work ethic, receiving several prestigious awards, including the Red Stripes Order of Service Merit in 2015, awarded by the President of South Korea. Since 1999, Min has developed several publications focusing on the telecommunications industry including his latest co-authored publications, “Broadband and Job Creation” and “Digital Convergence Strategy.”

Her work at UNI followed more than 25 years of experience as a US based trade unionist, beginning as a shop steward in a jet engine factory and later as legal counsel to leading US unions, spanning sectors including coal miners, delivery drivers, security guards and health care professionals.
