Dear Andy,
Even the summary you made from the preface of your book is very inspiring. Many thanks and congratulations for this excellent book!
I will get it and read it right away. I am a public health scholar from Istanbul University in Turkey. As the Association of Public Health Specialists, we hold our international and national public health congresses simultaneously. Just today, we will hold a meeting where we will discuss the main theme of this year's congress. While I was thinking about the proposal I was planning to present at that meeting, I came across your post. So I will shape my proposal within the framework of your book. I plan to propose a theme such as Planetary Health: Transdisciplinary approaches. If my proposal is accepted, it would be great to ask you to present a keynote lecture at our congress.
Best wishes,
Selma Karabey, MD, DPH Professor of Public Health Istanbul University
