Sander van ‘t Noordende is CEO and Chair of the Executive Board at Randstad. He started his role in March 2022 and had previously served as a member of the Supervisory Board. Sander spent the majority of his career at Accenture, where he held a number of senior management and executive roles. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Eindhoven University of Technology. He currently is a non-executive director at Micro Focus Ltd and AECOM and serves on the board of Out & Equal, the world's largest premier LGBT workplace equality organisation.
