Ricardo J. Salvador is Director and Senior Scientist of the Food & Environment Program, Union of Concerned Scientists. He is a member of the International Panel of Experts in Sustainable Food and of the Board on Agriculture and Natural Resources of the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
