Andrea Gómez (CMO). She has a strong experience in creativity/design, marketing and communication. She holds a Master in research & dissemination of the Cultural Heritage and a PhD in Communication / Marketing about Smart Destinations, which verses about the use of ICTs for the dissemination and protection of the cultural heritage based on the needs of the new generations as Millennials, Z and Hashtags. Andrea works actively in product/service development, working on solutions that are focused on the final users (citizens & visitors) with methodologies as Design Thinking & co-creation, developing solutions that are directly based on the social & cultural needs. /// Antonio J. Jara (CEO), founder of HOP Ubiquitous S.L. (www.hopu.eu), and chair of Data Quality and IoT in IEEE. He did his PhD (Cum Laude) at the University of Murcia (UMU), Spain. These PhD results present a novel way to connect objects to Internet-enabled platforms in an easy, secure and scalable way. He also carried out a MBA and entrepreneurship formation in the ENAE business school and UCAM (2012). He received entrepreneurship awards from ENAE (sponsored by SabadellCAM financial services), emprendeGo (sponsored by Spanish government), IPSO Alliance Award (Sponsored by Google) for its disruptive innovation in the IoT, selected and mentored by the acceleration program FIWARE. Antonio Jara as part of HOPU is focused on the Smart Cities market with solutions for citizens engagements and environmental monitoring (air quality sensors). Antonio Jara has also participated in over 100 international events about Internet of Things as Speaker, over 100 international publications / papers (~5000 citations and impact factor h=37), he holds several patents in the IoT domain and finally he has advised in the IoT domain to companies such as Microsoft and Fujitsu.

Director of FGV Social and founder of the Center for Social Policies at the Getulio Vargas Foundation. He teaches at FGV EPGE. PhD in Economics, Princeton University. He writes regularly in scientific journals and in general magazines. He has been twice cited as one of the 100 most influential Brazilians by Época Magazine. He has edited ten books. Previously he was the Secretary-General of the Council of Economic and Social Development (CDES), President of the Institute for Applied Economic Research (Ipea) and Minister of Strategic Affairs. He has evaluated policies in more than a dozen countries and also designed and implemented policies at three government levels in Brazil.

Researcher of international renown, Carlos Moreno is Scientific director of the Chair "Entrepreneurship – Territory – Innovation", Panthéon Sorbonne University – IAE Paris (France). Carlos Moreno earned recognition as a scientist with an innovative mind, pioneer works and is unique approach on urban issues. He is also a scientific advisor of national and international figures of the highest level, including the Mayor of Paris Smart City special Envoy. He works at the heart of issues of international significance as a result of his research, ringing an innovative perspective on urban issues and offering solutions to the issues faced by the cities, metropolises and territories during the 21st century. Some of his concepts traveled the world: the Human Smart City, the 15mn City, the Territory of 30mn. Carlos Moreno received the Foresight Medal by the French Academy of Architecture (2019). He is the author of “Urban life and proximity at the time of Covid-19”, published by Editions de l’Observatoire, July 2020
Dr. Ayoade Olatunbosun-Alakija

Member, African Union's African Vaccine Delivery Alliance; Global Advisory Board Member for WomenLift Health; Chief Strategist, CONVINCE Africa

Dr. Ayoade Olatunbosun-Alakija is a member of the Africa Union's African Vaccine Delivery Alliance, a Global Advisory Board Member for WomenLift Health and Chief Strategist for CONVINCE Africa. She is the former Chief Humanitarian Coordinator (CHC) at the helm of the Nigerian Emergency Coordination Centre, she was a high-level interlocutor between state and non-state actors at governmental and intergovernmental levels. Previously, she served with the United Nations. She has also advised on achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and the post 2015 development agenda in the areas of health, education and life-skills in Africa (Rwanda, Kenya and Malawi to name but a few), the Caribbean and the Pacific where her input was integral to MDG achievement in certain quarters. A graduate of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (University of London) with a Master of Science Degree in International Development and Public Health, Dr. Alakija is also a published researcher. She has collaborated as lead researcher with the World Health Organisation in the design, coordination and implementation of national health and behavioural surveys across nations.
