Richard is the Head of Communications at Migration Policy Group (MPG). He manages and develops MPG’s communication strategy and actions, including social media and media relations. He also represents MPG in the EU NGO Platform on Asylum and Migration (EPAM) and coordinates the Welcoming Europe Alliance.
Richard has a Ph.D. in political sociology (with a thesis about ‘migrant entrepreneurship’) from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Relations. Prior to joining MPG, Richard held communication roles with Metropolis International and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (Poland). He was also the founder and CEO of an international digital agency with employees and clients worldwide.
Richard Davies is an economist and author based at Bristol University and the London School of Economics. Previously he was Chair of the Council of Economic Advisors at HM Treasury and Economics Editor of The Economist. His book, Extreme Economies, is published in paperback this September.
Dan Morrison

Dan Morrison is a senior global communications and public affairs executive, thought leader, former Pulitzer-nominated financial journalist, and TEDx speaker working at the nexus of the public and private sectors, policy, strategic communications, economics, geopolitics, data, and technology. He is currently a senior advisor to Acumen Public Affairs in Brussels, and an adjunct professor of strategic and political communications at American University in Washington. He is an advisor/member to Diplomats Without Borders, and is a mentor at the Techstars start-up accelerator.
Dan has led diverse domestic and international teams for some of the world’s most recognizable brands in New York, Washington, Brussels, and Paris for Bloomberg, IBM, the U.S. State Department, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the Pew Research Center. He has had executive leadership training from Wharton, Harvard Business School, and the London School of Economics, and has completed a certificate course at Wharton on Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategies and Decision-making.
Dan is a Fellow at Ditchley, and a Member of the Bretton Woods Committee. When he's not immersed in communications and public policy, he is a novelist, a foodie (he took culinary classes at the Cordon Bleu, Paris), a cross-country ski marathoner, a certified Iditarod dog handler, and an oyster farmer.
Richard Wike is director of global attitudes research at Pew Research Center. He conducts research and writes about international public opinion on a variety of topics, such as America’s global image, the rise of China, democracy, and globalization. Wike gives talks and presentations to a variety of audiences, including government, think tanks, business groups, and academic conferences. Wike received a doctorate in political science from Emory University. Before joining Pew Research Center, he was a senior associate for international and corporate clients at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research.

Till January 2015, I have worked as a Social Worker at the National Health Operations Center, Greek Ministry of Health. In 2014 I have accomplished my MSc studies in Health Economics & Management. At the moment I'm enrolling my PhD on Thermal, Wellness Tourism and Rehabilitation aspiring to elaborate on the barriers and perspectives regarding the relevant industry in Fthiotida Regional Unity.
Prior to that I have worked as a Social Worker at the European Cultural & Research Center of Athens in collaboration with Municipalities of Zografos and Kessariani, while in the past I have worked either as a Social Worker, or as an Administrative officer in several private Healthcare Units/Long term care units, such as Polyclinic Group, etc.
As of 2012 and according to a Ministerial mandate I was appointed as a Board Member of Interconnected General Hospitals of Lamia - Amfissa - Karpenisi, keeping this position for approximately one and a half year.
As of October 2016 till November 2019 I have been appointed by the Minister of Labor, Social Insurance & Social Solidarity as the Head of the Board of Directors at the Social Welfare Center of the Region of Central Greece (Public Law Legal Entity - Governmental Organisation) which is the main regional-level social care provision services cluster, trying to contribute to the implementation of the Greek Government's strategic plan on social care, foster care, "DI", family care and people with special needs protection.
In parrallel, between the the same period I have been an Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of the first National Adoption & Foster-care Council in accordance to the relevant Ministerial Desicion.
I have also been an elected Member of the BoD at the Hellenic Healthcare Services Association, carrying duties of the Chief Communications Officer, as of 2017 I am a Member of the European Commission’s SCHEER Committee on Rapid Risk Assessment of Healthcare and Environmental Risks, participating in annual in person one-day/two-day external experts' meetings with focus on public health risks assessment, while as of November 2021 till June 2022 one of the 60 delegates of the European Health Parliament's 7th Edition working as a Member of the Sustainable Health Systems Commitee.
Finally, my current professional capacity is linked to the Hellenic Parliament's function, as I'm an MP's Scientific Associate, providing assistance regarding daily institutional obligations, parliamentary control and cognate activities.
Wonki Min

Wonki Min received his BA in History from Yonsei University, an MA in Public Administration from Seoul National University, an MBA from the University of Washington, and Honorary Doctor in Business Administration from Busan University of Foreign Studies. Min was the Assistant Minister at the Korean Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP) from 2015 to 2017 and then served as the Vice Minister of MSIT from August 26, 2018 till December 20, 2019. He was also the first Spokesperson of MSIP when the Ministry was established in 2013. He also served on the faculty of SUNY Korea as a leading professor in the Department of Technology & Society from 2017-2018. Internationally, he was serving as chair of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Council (2015) and the OECD Committee on Digital Economy Policy (2017-2019). Min has been recognised throughout his career for his exemplary leadership and work ethic, receiving several prestigious awards, including the Red Stripes Order of Service Merit in 2015, awarded by the President of South Korea. Since 1999, Min has developed several publications focusing on the telecommunications industry including his latest co-authored publications, “Broadband and Job Creation” and “Digital Convergence Strategy.”

Richard Baldwin is Professor of International Economics at the Graduate Institute, Geneva, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the policy portal VoxEU.org. He regularly advises governments and international organisations on globalisation and trade policy issues.
In 1990-91 he served as a Senior Staff Economist for President George Bush's Council of Economic Advisors, having completed his PhD in economics at MIT with Paul Krugman (with whom he has published a half dozen articles).
His latest book, The Globotics Upheaval: Globalization, Robotics and the Future of Work, was published in February 2019.
Jim Frindert is one of the 23 members of the OECD’s Youth Advisory Board #Youthwise, bringing youth perspectives on the most pressing issues impacting the Future of Work to global decision-making tables. He is 23 years old and lives in Berlin, Germany, where he studies economics (M. Sc.) at the Humboldt-University. Jim is specialized in labour economics and industrial relations, not only theoretically but also practically, being engaged, inter alia, as a board member of the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) in the districts Berlin and Brandenburg.
Elizabeth H. Shuler is president of the 57 unions and 12.5 million members of the AFL-CIO. She is the first woman to hold the office of the president in the history of the labor federation. A visionary leader and longtime trade unionist, Shuler believes the labor movement is the single most powerful vehicle for progress and that unions are a central force in leading lasting societal transformations. Liz leads the AFL-CIO’s initiatives on the future of work, the clean energy economy, workforce development, and empowering women and young workers. She is committed to busting myths about labor, leveraging the labor movement’s diversity for innovative approaches to social justice and making the benefits of a union voice on the job available to working people everywhere.

Anna Byhovskaya is a senior policy advisor to the Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD (TUAC) covering innovation and technology policies, the digital economy and the Future of Work –including labour market and organisational change, frontier technologies and AI, and the platform economy. She also works in the context of the OECD Ministerial Council and Forum, as well as the G20 and G7 processes jointly with the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC). Anna is a member of the OECD Going Digital Steering Group, the former OECD AI Expert Group and had set up the 1st & 2nd Trade Union Forum on Digitalisation and the Future of Work.
Anna holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po and she was a PhD candidate at CNRS/CERI/Sciences Po. She has worked as a policy coordinator on the Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation (GPEDC) at the OECD and as a TV journalist in Paris and Berlin.

Silvana is the President and Founder of Women Political Leaders (WPL), the worldwide network of women Politicians. WPL is an independent, non-partisan and not-for-profit foundation that aims to increase both the number and influence of women in political leadership. Silvana served as Vice-President of the European Parliament (2009-2011) and Member of the European Parliament (2004-2014). Before her time in politics, she founded and ran a public affairs consultancy in Brussels, which later merged with a larger US firm. She also worked as Senior Special Advisor for EY and as Senior Policy Advisor for GPLUS Europe. In addition to her work for WPL, Silvana serves on the board of the Council of Women World Leaders, the network of female Presidents and Prime Ministers. She is also a member of the European Leadership Network (ELN), a Board Director of the Social Progress Imperative and member of the Global Advisory Network of Apolitical Academy Global. Since 2016, Silvana has been representing the European Union in the Executive Committee of W20, an official engagement group of the G20. In 2018 and 2019, she was ranked as one of the 100 most influential persons in gender equality by Apolitical. Silvana is a Young Global Leader Alumni of the World Economic Forum. Willemien Bax is Head of the OECD Forum, she has over 30 years of experience in working with governments, as well as non-governmental organisations and the private sector. Prior to joining the OECD, Willemien worked with the European Consumers Organisation (BEUC) where she oversaw BEUC’s public affairs and media relations strategies in a number of public policy areas ranging from transparency and governance to food, environment, health, economic and legal affairs. She managed a training programme financed by the European Commission, for all consumer organisations in the EU, as well as potential EU-candidate countries. The training focused on giving consumer organisations the tools to develop effective public affairs and communication strategies. In her capacity as European Chair of the Trans Atlantic Consumer Dialogue, she contributed to debates on major international public policy issues such as financial regulation, innovation and energy efficiency.
Antonio J. Jara (CEO), founder of HOP Ubiquitous S.L., and chair of Data Quality and IoT in IEEE. He did his PhD (Cum Laude) at the University of Murcia (UMU), Spain. These PhD results present a novel way to connect objects to Internet-enabled platforms in an easy, secure and scalable way. Antonio Jara as part of HOPU is focused on the Smart Cities market with solutions for citizens engagements and environmental monitoring (air quality sensors). Antonio Jara has also participated in over 100 international events about Internet of Things as Speaker, over 100 international publications / papers (~5000 citations and impact factor h=37), he holds several patents in the IoT domain and finally he has advised in the IoT domain to companies such as Microsoft and Fujitsu.
