Alexander Panczuk is Director Communications Strategy and Reputation of TUI Group and Executive Director of TUI Care Foundation. As initiator of the international TUI Care Foundation he has been heading the independent foundation since its establishment in 2016.
Alexander joined TUI Group in 2014 as Head of Reputation Management and Public Affairs including the responsibility for Executive Communications and Issues Management.

Andreas Schleicher is Director for Education and Skills, and Special Advisor on Education Policy to the Secretary-General at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris.
As a key member of the OECD Senior Management team, Mr. Schleicher supports the Secretary-General’s strategy to produce analysis and policy advice that advances economic growth and social progress. He promotes the work of the Directorate for Education and Skills on a global stage and fosters co-operation both within and outside the OECD. In addition to policy and country reviews, the work of the Directorate includes the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), the OECD Survey of Adult Skills (PIAAC), the OECD Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS), and the development and analysis of benchmarks on the performance of education systems (INES).
Before joining the OECD, Mr. Schleicher was Director for Analysis at the International Association for Educational Achievement (IEA). He studied Physics in Germany and received a degree in Mathematics and Statistics in Australia. He is the recipient of numerous honours and awards, including the “Theodor Heuss” prize, awarded in the name of the first president of the Federal Republic of Germany for “exemplary democratic engagement”. Bradley Schurman is Founder and CEO of The Super Age – a global strategic research and advisory firm helping public and private organizations understand the challenges and harness the opportunities of demographic change, with a focus on population aging. Ayla Johnstone is a 19-year-old student from New Zealand who participated in the third Youth Week event; Youth and Democracy in times of Crisis as a panelist. Ayla’s speech brought the perspective of youth to the conversation and discussed her personal experiences with youth in her community and how youth perceive government. She is the Chairperson of the Franklin Youth Advisory Board (FYAB) and has served on the board for three years. FYAB is a board of volunteer youth from Franklin, Auckland, New Zealand whose central focus is to represent the youth of their community to their local elected decision makers.
A respected child rights activist, Inger has been associated with Save the Children for more than 25 years, first serving as a youth advocate and later on the Boards of Save the Children Sweden and Save the Children International. Prior to her appointment in September 2019, Inger was Director General at the Swedish Agency against Segregation, a Swedish government agency, where she worked to reduce segregation and social inequality, with a special focus on improving the situation in socio-economically disadvantaged areas. She has also served as the National Coordinator for Youth Not in Education or Employment for the Swedish Government, Deputy Director General of the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society and the CEO of the Global Child Forum.

Carin Jämtin is Director-General of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) since May 2017. Democracy and human rights have always been the heart of Ms. Jämtin’s work. From 1999-2003 Ms. Jämtin headed the International Development Cooperation Department at the Olof Palme International Centre - the umbrella organization for the Swedish labor movement. In 2003, Ms. Jämtin served as Minister of International Development Cooperation, and for parts of 2006 served as Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs. Ms. Jämtin has also served on the World Bank's Commission on Growth and Development; as Vice Chair of Stockholm City Council; and as Secretary General of the Social Democratic Party. Mr. Moreira da Silva is since 1st November 2016 the Director of the Development Co-operation Directorate (DCD) at OECD. As Director of the Development Co-operation Directorate (DCD), Mr. Moreira da Silva plays a key role in positioning the OECD’s work on development co-operation at the leading edge. He supports the work of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and collaborates closely with other components of the OECD's Development Cluster to strengthen the Organisation’s contribution to the international governance architecture, as well as to OECD-wide initiatives such as NAEC, Inclusive Growth, and work in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
