Prior to BYCS, Lucas worked in various capacities for the academic and non-profit sectors in Los Angeles and Montreal, focusing on urban governance and transportation futures. With a background in anthropology and urban geography, he is passionate about engaging diverse stakeholders on transportation cultures, mobility justice, and participatory processes.
