Jim Frindert is one of the 23 members of the OECD’s Youth Advisory Board #Youthwise, bringing youth perspectives on the most pressing issues impacting the Future of Work to global decision-making tables. He is 23 years old and lives in Berlin, Germany, where he studies economics (M. Sc.) at the Humboldt-University. Jim is specialized in labour economics and industrial relations, not only theoretically but also practically, being engaged, inter alia, as a board member of the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) in the districts Berlin and Brandenburg.
