With more than 25 years of experience in recruiting and staffing, Glen Cathey is a globally recognized sourcing and recruiting leader, blogger (booleanblackbelt.com), and corporate/keynote speaker.  

Over the course of his career, Glen has been responsible for talent acquisition training, process, technology, analytics and innovation strategies for I.T. staffing and RPO firms with 10K to 2M+ hires annually, and he's built, trained, developed, and led large local and centralized national and global sourcing teams ranging from 40-300+ associates.

Glen currently serves as the Global Head of Digital Strategy reporting into Randstad's Digital Factory in the Netherlands where he focuses on researching, experimenting with, and implementing innovative digital approaches and solutions to deliver enhanced candidate and customer experiences and value.  His current areas of focus include ethical AI, automation, and analytics in support of sourcing and recruitment.
