Thanks for your insightful piece. I think that there has been started a shift in the general public opinion, but there is still way to go. Considering Belgium, I see in our last projects that there is an increase in the number of people who think that migrants can be also the talents filling in the labour market gaps which is at the moment one of the largest in the EU with a record number of vacancies. This is not only the case for low level jobs but also for the jobs for highly skilled and educated.
