Born on August 2nd, 1953, Hichem ELLOUMI is a married father of 3. He is the founder and CEO of Coficab Group and an impactful contributor in several national and international organizations. He holds an engineering degree from L’Ecole Polytechnique de Paris and l’Ecole Supérieure de l’Electricité (SUPELEC France). Hichem ELLOUMI joined ELLOUMI Group in 1977 where he held several strategic positions such as Leading Operations, Leading distribution and electrical contracting. In 1992 Hichem ELLOUMI founded COFICAB Tunisia, a company based in Tunis specialized in the manufacturing and sales of automotive electrical cables and wires. Since 1992, he is the CEO and Chairman of COFICAB Group, today a world Leader in the automotive wire and cable industry. From November 2006 until February 2013, he held the position of President of the National Federation of Electricity and Electronics. (FEDELEC). Since January 2013, he is the Vice President of UTICA (Tunisian Employers Organization). De novembre 2006 à février 2013, il a occupé le poste de président de la Fédération nationale de l'électricité et de l'électronique. (FEDELEC). Depuis janvier 2013, il est vice-président de l'UTICA (Union Tunisienne de l'industrie, du commerce et de l'artisanat). Hichem ELLOUMI est également Président du Conseil Tunisien Marocain et du Conseil Tunisien Portugais des Entreprises.
Denis Machuel became Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo in January 2018. Andrea Gómez (CMO). She has a strong experience in creativity/design, marketing and communication. She holds a Master in research & dissemination of the Cultural Heritage and a PhD in Communication / Marketing about Smart Destinations, which verses about the use of ICTs for the dissemination and protection of the cultural heritage based on the needs of the new generations as Millennials, Z and Hashtags. Andrea works actively in product/service development, working on solutions that are focused on the final users (citizens & visitors) with methodologies as Design Thinking & co-creation, developing solutions that are directly based on the social & cultural needs. /// Antonio J. Jara (CEO), founder of HOP Ubiquitous S.L. (www.hopu.eu), and chair of Data Quality and IoT in IEEE. He did his PhD (Cum Laude) at the University of Murcia (UMU), Spain. These PhD results present a novel way to connect objects to Internet-enabled platforms in an easy, secure and scalable way. He also carried out a MBA and entrepreneurship formation in the ENAE business school and UCAM (2012). He received entrepreneurship awards from ENAE (sponsored by SabadellCAM financial services), emprendeGo (sponsored by Spanish government), IPSO Alliance Award (Sponsored by Google) for its disruptive innovation in the IoT, selected and mentored by the acceleration program FIWARE. Antonio Jara as part of HOPU is focused on the Smart Cities market with solutions for citizens engagements and environmental monitoring (air quality sensors). Antonio Jara has also participated in over 100 international events about Internet of Things as Speaker, over 100 international publications / papers (~5000 citations and impact factor h=37), he holds several patents in the IoT domain and finally he has advised in the IoT domain to companies such as Microsoft and Fujitsu.

Founder and Author, The Super Age

Bradley Schurman is Founder and CEO of The Super Age – a global strategic research and advisory firm helping public and private organizations understand the challenges and harness the opportunities of demographic change, with a focus on population aging. The Super Age works to ensure that these subjects are considered across organizational strategies from human resources, marketing and communication, public policies, and product and service design. Schurman is also the author of the forthcoming book, The Super Age: How Longer Lifespans Are Changing Everything We Know About Work, Life and Learning, which will examine how this shift is driving social and economic change around the world. It will be published by HarperCollins. Prior to launching his company and authoring the book, Schurman was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of EconomyFour, where he led business development in Asia and Europe. He also served at AARP – the world’s largest organization dedicated to improving the lives of older people – where he was Director of Global Partnerships and Engagements. Schurman was instrumental in securing the topics of aging and longevity as focus areas at both the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and World Economic Forum (WEF). Jacques van den Broek is the CEO and Chair of the Executive Board of Randstad, the global leader in HR services industry. After graduating in law, Jacques held a management position with an international trading company until he joined Randstad as a branch manager. Appointments followed as Regional Director in the Netherlands and, subsequently, as Marketing Director Randstad Europe. In 2002, he moved to Capac Inhouse Services as Managing Director, also taking on responsibility for Randstad in Denmark and Switzerland. Jacques van den Broek is responsible for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, as well as Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay).
