I am the Founder and CEO of BJD Reinsurance Consulting, LLC, a global risks financing and strategy advisory firm incorporated in the United States with the head office in New York and an office in Nice, in France.

The organization is benefiting the Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) and I am a member of ARISE, the Private Sector Alliance for Resilient Society of the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR).

With an experience of 30 years in finance, banking and insurance, I am intensively collaborating with the risks protection industries, financial markets, regulators and international organizations on purposes of interest, mostly focused on underinsurance at all levels and closing the protection, financing and investments gaps worldwide and actively advocating for the sustainable development goals and the 2030 agenda.

I am dedicated to education through experience sharing, teaching courses and conferences worldwide and I have been awarded Ambassador of the International Insurance Society (IIS) to Europe.

I am graduated in Econometrics from Paris-Nanterre University and I have a Master of Science in Statistics and Computing applied to Economics from Paris Panthéon-Assas University.
