Banalata Sen is the Head of GoTeach, Deutsche Post DHL’s social impact program focusing on empowering young people from vulnerable backgrounds to successfully transition to the world of work.

She comes with over 20 years of experience working in senior roles in Human Resources in various leading global organizations specializing in Leadership Succession Planning & Talent management, Leadership pipeline identification and development for global organizations, HR Consulting, Project Management.  A strong supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion supporting individuals (especially young people) in reaching their potential is what drives her in her role.
