My main focus is to create flexible organizations as well as societies where everyone’s right to be included is respected. Therefore, I am interested in workplace innovation. Universal Design in the Workplace is a NGO (UUA.se) that takes a holistic approach to working environment, working methods and recruitment. Our members represent the private sector, trade unions, the research community, public sector and the civil society.
