Bertrand Swiderski has served as Carrefour’s Global Sustainability Director since 2013. In his capacity, he leads Carrefour’s sustainability strategy and ensures its integration across the Group’s activities worldwide, as part of its mission to lead on the food transition for all. Convinced that the customer is the key to accelerating this transition, he leads projects with partners to develop innovative solutions in store and across Carrefour’s supply chain. Dr. Rohini Anand is Founder and CEO of Rohini Anand LLC providing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) advisory services to clients in the public and private sectors. Widely considered a leading expert on organizational transformation, corporate responsibility and diversity and inclusion, Rohini Anand is a sought after thought leader and a published author. Privileged to work with some of the leading health innovators, system’s thinkers and entrepreneurs, she has been challenging the status quo by advocating for new ways of partnering with the belief that collective action and impact approaches are needed to drive transformation and systemic change. She has also been exploring how to best invest in resilience at individuals, communities and health systems level to shift from curing bad health to sustaining good health. Marion obtained a Degree in Literature and Philosophy in France and Germany and graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Business in London where she specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility in the pharmaceutical industry. Ali Kooli, Ministre Tunisien de l’Economie, des Finances et de soutien à l’Investissement. Mr Kooli est marié et père de deux enfants, il dispose d’une expérience de 33 ans dans le domaine financier et bancaire au sein de plusieurs institutions financières à Singapour, au Japon, en Jordanie, en France et en Tunisie. Il a occupé plusieurs postes à l’Union de banques arabes et françaises « UBAF » (filiale de crédit lyonnais). Il a occupé, aussi, le poste de directeur adjoint de l’UBAF Japon et de responsable de développement à la société générale. Il a été successivement directeur général adjoint puis directeur général de l’UIB en Tunisie. Dame Sally Davies was appointed as the UK Government’s Special Envoy on AMR in 2019. She is also the 40th Master of Trinity College, Cambridge University.
Dame Sally was the Chief Medical Officer for England and Senior Medical Advisor to the UK Government from 2011-2019. She has become a leading figure in global health including serving as a member of the World Health Organisation (WHO) Executive Board 2014-2016 and as co-convener of the United Nations Inter-Agency Co-ordination Group (IACG) on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) reporting in 2019.
In the 2020 New Year Honours, Dame Sally became the second woman (and the first outside the Royal family) to be appointed Dame Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath (GCB) for services to public health and research, having received her DBE in 2009.

Special Envoy for International Water Affairs; Sherpa to the United Nations & World Bank High Level Panel on Water, The Netherlands
Henk Ovink was appointed by the Cabinet of the Netherlands as the first Special Envoy for International Water Affairs in 2015. As the Ambassador for Water, he is responsible for advocating water awareness around the world, focusing on building institutional capacity and coalitions among governments, multilateral organisations, the private sector and NGOs to address the world’s pressing water needs and help initiate transformative interventions.
Henk Ovink has a proven track record in water and sustainable urban development and holds several international posts. One of these is Sherpa to the High Level Panel on Water, installed by the then UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon and President of the World Bank Jim Kim. The High Level Panel on Water comprises 11 Heads of State/Heads of Government including Prime Minister Rutte from the Netherlands. The High Level Panel strives to catalyse change in water awareness and implementation.
He is Principal for Rebuild by Design, the resilience innovation competition he developed and led for President Obama's Hurricane Sandy Rebuilding Task Force. His last book, written together with Jelte Boeijenga, ‘Too Big. Rebuild by Design: A Transformative Approach to Climate Change’ explores the recovery work post Hurricane Sandy as a learning opportunity.
To ensure long-term continuity, Henk Ovink plays an active role in academia. He holds a research position at the University of Groningen and teaches at the London School of Economics and at Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Bradley Schurman is Founder and CEO of The Super Age – a global strategic research and advisory firm helping public and private organizations understand the challenges and harness the opportunities of demographic change, with a focus on population aging. The Super Age works to ensure that these subjects are considered across organizational strategies from human resources, marketing and communication, public policies, and product and service design. While working at Aegon, Mike authored and published 13 reports on retirement security with insights and recommendations for governments, employers and individuals internationally. He also developed and piloted the Silver Starters program to help people age 50+ understand if entrepreneurship is something for them and help them start their own business.

Jacques van den Broek is the CEO and Chair of the Executive Board of Randstad, the global leader in HR services industry.
