Alison is an Analyst at the OECD. She is working in the Career Readiness team that focuses on how secondary schools can best prepare young people for their working lives. Previously she worked in the OECD Education communications team ensuring that the work of the OECD Education and Skills directorate was effectively and clearly shared. Before working at the OECD, Alison was a secondary school Physics and Science teacher in Australia. She is passionate about improving equity in education.
