Timothy Barton is a French, Spanish and Catalan to English translator specialising in macroeconomics and development. He has translated three editions of Latin American Economic Outlook and spent over a decade as part of the translation and editorial team for African Economic Outlook. He has also translated numerous other publications for the OECD, including "Capital Markets in the Dominican Republic", "E-learning in Latin America", "Start-up Latin America 2016", "Youth Well-Being Policies in Peru" and "Youth Well-Being Policies in El Salvador".
