Reforestation Initiatives to be incentivised

Why don't All the Hill States in India offers 9% ROI for investing in State Sponsored Reforestation drives to achieve ESG (Environmental Social Governance) and manage Green Carbon Recoveries? There is an immediate needs for creating River Front Management Boards across all States having rivers flowing so that one side of the rivers could see plantations and other sides give push for Industrial and other commercial developments and activities to bring eco balance. Long Green Bond is the perfect answer to it and Australia could help this cause by finding its Trillions of Dollars unused superannuation/pension/wealth funds to be invested in Long Green Bonds issued with fixed incomes, principal protection and freely tradable instruments for this cause and also involving Australian Enterprises/IPRs etc to make it win win for all
